T h e sheer joy and recognition that a student has accomplished a goal makes my job as a teacher what it is all about When a student, young or old, begins with me I am always looking for what that specific student will first take away from the first session and what teaching technique will “reach” that student the best. You see there is no other person like you. is it the music? Is it the piano? Is it the overwhelming desire to learn to play the piano? Whatever it is for you or your loved one, I will focus on that and make the learning experience the best one it can be.

Each lesson is a minimum of one hour. I’ve learned over 55+ years of teaching that 30 minutes doesn’t allow us to review what we have learned and then move forward to the next learning experience. Multiple hour sessions can be a great way to advance quickly and realize the best result. No matter what, I will take a student as far as you want and can go with your music dream.
